In this video, I demonstrate an over 50 body weight workout that can be completed in 15 minutes. This is a full body workout that can be done at home or in the gym.

When it comes to strength training over 50, body weight can provide the resistance we need, if the workout includes the right exercises. We need to progressively overload our muscles if we want to build muscle and increase or maintain strength after 50. In this video I show you how to progress as you get stronger on these exercises.

And now that we’re over 50, it’s super important for these workouts are safe, effective, time-efficient, and sustainable. This over 50 body weight workout checks off all those boxes.
